This was my first time using Eden Floral Creations and I could not be more pleased!! The arrangement, vase, and added beachy decorations look even better in person!! I placed the delivery order online which was so easy to navigate. The arrangement was delivered to my daughter's job earlier in the day so she was able to enjoy the flowers all day while at work.(her office is located in the free delivery area...bonus!) I received confirmation emails and texts communicating with me along the way. I did call the shop regarding a question that I had and she was so pleasant and helpful! 10/10 for sure! Thank you for adding to my daughter's Birthday with such a gorgeous arrangement of hydrangeas!!

Same-Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery Sunday through Friday for orders placed before the applicable cutoff time.
Same-day delivery cutoff times are based on the delivery zone:
Free, $10, and $15 delivery zones: Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM
$20 delivery zones: Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM
$30 delivery zones: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM
Please note that same-day delivery does not guarantee a specific delivery time. If your order needs to arrive by a particular time, you may leave a note in the Delivery Instructions section during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Instructions
Helpful delivery information allows our drivers to provide the best possible service. When placing your order, please provide any information that may help us complete the delivery, including:
Gate or access codes for gated communities
Special delivery instructions
Whether the delivery is going to a residence, business, retirement community, hospital, or other facility
Any time-sensitive information that may affect when the arrangement should arrive
While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate delivery requests included with your order.
Florida Heat & Delivery Safety
Because of Florida's warm temperatures, we take extra care to protect flowers from being exposed to excessive heat.
We do not leave floral arrangements or plants unattended at the door unless the customer or recipient has specifically instructed us to do so.
If no one is available to receive the delivery and our driver is unable to reach the recipient, the arrangement will normally be returned to our shop and a new delivery time will be arranged.
For deliveries to areas farther from our shop, particularly our $20 and $30 delivery zones, returning for a second delivery may not be practical. In these situations, if we are unable to reach the recipient, our driver may leave the arrangement in the coolest, safest location available.
When an arrangement is left at the delivery location, the customer will receive a delivery photo for confirmation.
Delivery Notifications
The customer who placed the order will receive an email notification when the arrangement is out for delivery and another email when the arrangement has been delivered.
If an arrangement is left at the delivery location, the delivery notification will include a photo when available.
Holiday Delivery
Our delivery days, hours, and same-day delivery cutoff times may be adjusted during major holidays and peak floral seasons. Any holiday-specific changes will be communicated and updated on our website.
Unless otherwise stated, the other terms of this delivery policy remain in effect.
